I'll be right back, Tokyo

This is going to be my last post about Japan for a while :) I'm not sure whether my life here will be as interesting as my life in Japan, but I'm now trying my best to find interesting things here. Which is really hard because I am not used to it. lol

I'm currently in Indonesia now, it's so hot right here that I'm having a hard decision of choosing whether I like winter or summer more :/
But definitely summer here is so much better than Japan's dry summer.

waiting for the bus to Shinjuku

Passed by the Fuji TV building on my way to the airport by bus

Odaiba's ferris wheel

might a little hard to see, but I think it's Mt. Fuji over there

I bought Vivi magazine at the airport. The latest issue, March 2012. Vivi is my current fave Japanese fashion mag!! :D I used to like seventeen and non no when I was younger.

my lovely dog was watching me snapping my magazine :D

Some my fave newest trends from the magazine:

I'm gonna hunt clothes with these lovely colors :D

Shibuya and Harajuku

Today is officially the first day of my spring break. I went to Shibuya today with Patty and then we walked to Harajuku (Harajuku and Shibuya is only a station away).

My outfit of the day.
Sweater from H&M and midi dress from Topshop.
right: make ups that I always use :)

I was doodling with my iPhone and I missed the station where I was supposed to transfer at.
It took me 15 more extra minutes to reach Shibuya :(

I wore my converse today

Secretly taking pic of two random passengers who were sitting in front of me

We went to this restaurant called Shanti. It serves soup curry
Mine was momo (Gyoza) soup curry!

Patty was busy with her iPhone

The famous 109 building

One of the store inside.
To be honest, 109 is not my style :) but it is fun to look around inside.

Inside the purikura machine

Decorating the photos

Patty was trying to cover her face with her thumb! XD

Usachan peace!

The view from 3rd floor of Berskha

Forever 21 spring display. I seriously can't wait for spring!

We walked from Shibuya to Harajuku through this little alley called cat street :)
Full with many cute shops!

It was so cold outside and we entered Kiddyland to warm up a little.
Kiddyland is always full with cute stuff :D

Harajuku Takeshita street. It's so much less crowded during weekdays

We stopped at McD to get their fried potatoes.
Patty was doing her homework after eating

I got a maxi dress and the red trousers from Berskha.
The maxi dress is too long for me, but I'd be a perfect dress for my Bali or Thai trips.
planning to cut it later.

Today is my last winter night in Japan, I'll be away for 2 months and will be back before the spring term begins :)
I hate packing, I hate the long ride to airport, I hate sitting for a long time on a plane. But it would be great to meet my family and friends there.

Walk, eat and study

Pictures will help me to explain what I did on previous Monday and Tuesday...

Brought my friend to this place. Both of us are fans of 500 Days of Summer and
we agreed that this place can be used for the Tokyo's version.

Swing swing swing. They were so low!

Cute!

Can't really see the background :(

We walked farther than I had ever walked before and surprisingly we were at Zoshigaya. I never knew that Zoshigaya is that close from where I live. I used to go there by taking the tram before!

This taiyaki was so good!

Mo's cafe at Zoshigaya which serves home styled Italian food

I love the interior. It wasn't crowded that day. There were only 3 other couples who came.

My friend loves to take photo with Instagram too :)

Tomato with mozarella cheese

The no.1 menu in that cafe, beef with wine sauce. It was so good!
My friend was saying that this is the best food she has ever had in Japan

Carbonara spaghetti

We got red after eating those food. Most likely because of the wine from the beef dish. lol. I hate how I turn red so easily :(

Cake we ordered, we had them while studying for exam

I really love the chewy thing inside the cake. yumm!

There was a fire from an apartment nearby my campus. I could hear the firetrucks sirens from far.
and there were so many fire trucks along the road!

After the exam on Tuesday, I had dinner with the same friend above plus one another friend. We walked up to Zoshigaya again.

Beautiful night view

We went to this old, Japanese styled restaurant called Gohanyasan Ichikawa.

There was an old map hanging on the wall

:D
I could heard the old lady behind them was talking about how we could speak both English and Japanese
lol, so funny! It must be weird from some people to hear us mixing Japanese with English

The shabu shabu set I ordered. Yummy!

I submitted my last final project today. So I'm officially on spring break now! Yay! Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and China, here I come :)
