Let's go to a park

I've got no plan today but instead of staying at home the whole day, I decided to go out to take a walk and get some sunshine (Vitamin D!!).

I was curious with the closed park that I passed by when I was exploring my neighborhood last week, so I went to check it out today.

Sleepy face, no make up, pony tailed hair and hoodies :)

Can you spot me there?

With the help pf GPS, I finally found the park.

The entrance

Spotted a kid throwing pebbles to the lake with his granpa.

Photobucket
random ornament, it reminds me of xmas tree!

Photobucket
mapple shaped fallen leaves on the stream :)

Went up

The park is big with many trees, birds and I saw a cat too.

what a lovely day

I love how Tokyo, no matter how crowded the city is, the government / urban planners, they still preserve many places for greens

The kid and the granpa left the park, so did I

Photobucket
Random shot of a Japanese house and cables.

Photobucket
Orange tree.

Photobucket
Cute sign apologizing for bad odor, birds' noises and poo XD

Photobucket
Red brick western styled house with western brand car too.

a fuschia flower

My phone died right after taking picture above and I started to jog along the river. But got tired after running for few minutes. haha
I'm so unfit! The last time I did sport regularly was probably the P.E. class during high school. I need to do sports.

and today is coming of age's day in Japan which means there's some kind of ceremony in each city for people who were born in 1991. Being 20 is considered an adult and legal to vote (drink and smoke too). I was invited to the Shinjuku's one. I wanted to go to take a look but since I would not know anywhere there plus I have no kimono so I decided not to go. I feel like I had wasted such a great experience but I made the choice not to go, no regrets :)
